I'm reading Jane Eyre right now, so I'm not going to look at your review until I've finished(because I like surprises, and I started this book w/out really knowing what it was about), but 4/5 definitely looks promising. =) I just finished the part where Jane leaves school, and I cried when Helen passed away, which really surprised me, given that it's a classic and written in that style.

Thanks for directing me to Small Review! =)

After Mr. Rochester was introduced, I finished it in one sitting, lol. At 6:30 in the morning. Totally worth it. =) So I read in your review that Jane's early years are rather glossed over in the movie--is Helen's character impactful, or was she mostly cut for the sake of time? Curious, I am.
